At present, the protective masks are basically non-woven materials, and the mask fabric is composed of spunbonded non-woven fabrics and melt-blown non-woven fabrics produced from polypropylene (PP). Medical masks are generally made of three layers of non-woven fabric, the material is spunbonded non-woven fabric + meltblown non-woven fabric + spunbonded non-woven fabric, which is what we call SMS (2 layers of S and 1 layer of M) The structure combines the high strength of spunbond non-woven fabric (S) and the small difference in strength in vertical and horizontal directions and the high shielding and waterproof performance of meltblown non-woven fabric (M) into one material to form a strong waterproof A mask with high performance, good air permeability and efficient isolation performance.

The production process of meltblown non-woven fabrics:
1.Production process of meltblown non-woven fabric:Melt blown cloth looks nothing special, but the production process is very complicated. Its production process can be summarized into three steps: firstly, naphtha is extracted from petroleum, then chemically processed into polypropylene, and finally the cloth is made by melt blown process. Generally speaking, it is polymer feeding---melt extrusion---fiber formation---fiber cooling---netting---reinforcement into cloth.
2.The production method of melt blown non-woven fabric: Mainly divided into three steps: melt extrusion, melt blown process and electret treatment.
Test basis for meltblown non-woven fabrics:
1. According to the standard
FZ/T 64034-2014 Spunbond/meltblown/spunbond (SMS) non-woven fabric
2. Test items
Appearance quality inspection: fabric appearance, holes, impurities, peculiar smell, micropores, crystal points, frit, rigid wire, unreinforced area, thin net, width deviation, color difference, joint quality.
Intrinsic quality testing: mass deviation rate per unit area, longitudinal breaking strength, transverse breaking strength, vertical and horizontal breaking elongation, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability.
Microbial index detection: the total number of bacterial colonies, total bacterial colonies, coliforms, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria announcement.
