What is Polyester Needle Felt?
Polyester needle-punched felt is made of polyester fiber, polyester fiber, viscose fiber, polypropylene fiber, etc., and is made by needle-punching process.







Properties of Polyester Needle Felt
1.Polyester needle-punched felt is a staggered arrangement of fine short fibers with uniform pore distribution to filter air, with a porosity of 70%, which is twice that of woven filter cloth.
2.High dust removal efficiency and low gas emission concentration.
3.The surface of polyester needle-punched felt is smooth and smooth after hot rolling and singeing or coating, not easy to be blocked, not deformed, easy to clean, and has a long service life.
4.Anti-static needle-punched felt has the function of preventing anti-corrosion and electrostatic discharge of blast furnace gas and coal mill bag dust collection in cement plant, and deriving static electricity.
