The masterbatch mixer is screw type, and there is no difference between low speed and high speed. It may not be accurate when it is first started. Whether the equipment has been corrected, and whether it is actually added in the same proportion each time.
3. The color masterbatch needs to ensure the quality of UV resistance and the same color content. Manufacturers are required to ensure that the formula is the same and the brand is the same every time. We will claim if something goes wrong.
4. Colored non-woven fabrics must have samples of standard colors, and each time the machine is switched on, samples are taken and compared with the samples. Only when there is no problem can the product be started. The shutdown transition is also the same. Pay attention to observe the color change during the production process, deal with problems in time, and cut off the problematic ones. The position of the color masterbatch is cleaned to prevent debris from falling into the machine and blocking it. Products with different colors of the two die heads should also be discarded.
5. The color difference can be seen on the side of the large volume that has just come off, so it is necessary to check and analyze the problem. If I see from the side - the color difference will refuse to accept the goods, tell the production and quality management personnel, and we will make a claim if there is a problem.
6. For example, add 2% to the khaki masterbatch, and the parameter on the device screen is 7. The next production guarantees the same parameter and cannot be changed.
7. For the recycling investment of non-woven fabric waste, the two extruders should be the same, and the waste produced by this product should be added.
