Spunlace non-woven fabric is a high-pressure micro-water jet into one or more layers of fiber network, so that the fibers are entangled together, so that the fiber network can be strengthened to a certain extent. The fabric is a spunlace non-woven fabric. It can be polyester, nylon, polypropylene, viscose fiber, chitin fiber, microfiber, tencel, silk, bamboo fiber, wood pulp fiber, seaweed fiber, etc.

Processing principle of spunlace non-woven fabric:
The principle of the spunlace method is similar to the needle punching process, but instead of needle punching, the fiber web is jetted through multiple micro-water jets generated by high pressure. After the water jet has passed through the web, the web curtain is commissioned to rebound, inserting the web again. In this way, the fibers in the fiber web are displaced, inserted, entangled and locked under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jets inserted in different directions, thereby strengthening the fiber web.
Features of spunlace processing:
1. The flexible entanglement does not affect the original characteristics of the optical fiber and does not damage the optical fiber
2. The appearance is closer to traditional textiles than other non-woven materials
3. High strength, low fluff
4. High hygroscopicity and fast moisture absorption
5. Good breathability
6. Soft hand feel and good drape
7. Diverse appearance
8. No glue reinforcement, washable
9. The production process is long and covers a large area
10. Complex equipment and high water quality requirements
11. Energy consumption
