1.Meltblown non-woven fabric making process

②Extrusion: The molten polymer is extruded through spinnerets (fine nozzles) to form continuous filaments.

Thermal bonding involves heating the fibers to fuse them together, while chemical bonding involves applying adhesive chemicals to bind the fibers.

⑤Finishing: The finished fabric may undergo additional treatments such as calendering (smoothing), printing, or surface treatments to enhance certain properties like water repellency or antimicrobial properties.
